Breath Work + Yin Flow + Thai Massage + Live Music Event

Founders of Yoga in ACTion Australia, Ana Uribe and Indrani Parker, invite you to dive into a two hour journey to soak in the richness of being in, moving from and connecting to love. Explore the inner landscape of your heart through breath work, slow yin flow supported by the healing touch of Thai massage by Mariano Gonzalez Fernandez and gifted musician Aurelian Pineau, a multi-instrumentalist and composer mixing digital and organic sounds for deep exploration. Afterwards, indulge with nibbles from local Melbourne eateries and participate in a raffle with all kinds of goodies.

It is our intention to create a space for healing and nurturing for and within our community in order to build a much more healed and connected world.

100% of the profits will go towards implementing Yoga in ACTion 's next 8 week Trauma Sensitive program with STREAT, utilising yoga forms in order to become more aware of how and what we feel in our bodies, and to feel empowered and actively make choices about what we do with our bodies.

STREAT is a social enterprise that works with others, like you to stop homelessness, one mouthful at a time. Together we offer disadvantaged youth aged 16-25 a supported pathway from the street to a sustainable livelihood.

A Fundraiser to Support Trauma Informed Yoga Programs with Remote Indigenous Communities

We, alongside Jamie and Kat from Yana Hey, invite you to dive into a profound self- exploration through yoga,

sound and earth ceremony. We will explore our connection to our bodies, the earth and the land we currently inhabit

as well as ways we might better be in service to them.

The yoga asana and breath work will focus on nourishing ourselves which will allow us to explore our power to elevate our desired intentions and a collective prayer for the community. The ceremony aspect of the workshop will include the creation and offering of a group mandala for the land and community. During the third component of this exploration, will soak in the sounds of didgeridoo, crystal bowls and unique earth instruments. We will be joined for a time by Mitch Tambo, an actor, international didgeridoo player, singer/song writer, and cultural educator with a background education in social work. He began working with Red Dust in 2009 and is a business owner of True Culture - an educational resource company aimed towards empowering participants to engage in aboriginal culture.

**All profits go directly towards programming collaboration between Yoga in ActionAustralia and Red Dust Role Models.**
